This page exists to reproduce a DeepSeek Harness bug: the HTTP fetch provider
truncates a decoded body with String.prototype.slice, which counts
UTF-16 code units. A cut that lands between the two halves of an astral
character leaves an unpaired high surrogate in the model-facing tool result.
